欧洲备件运营专员 工作地点:西班牙 马德里, 100%现场办公 【岗位职责】 1、【计划管理】:配合备件经理统筹各国备件需求,协同代理做好滚动预测。深入业务并优化计划模型,持续提高区域计划准确度,支撑全欧洲主计划准确性提升,以及终端需求满足率提升。 2、【订单交付】:拉通生产、仓储、物流和IT等部门解决国家备件订单交付过程中的异常 ,搭建订单交付监控机制,基于各国实际情况分析流程节点时效,持续优化流程,加快交付效率。 3、【逆向管理】:配合备件经理搭建各国备件逆向运营机制,建立从网点-总仓-RTC/总部的可视化跟踪,负责各国备件账实一致管理,并就账实差异问题制定和落地短期及中长期的解决看护方案。 4、【客户管理】:负责代理和服务商的管理及赋能,包括备件考核体系设计,协同运营监控、问题定位和改善; 规划备件培养和认证体系,并做备件业务专业、政策流程和系统操作的指导赋能。 5、【业务变革】:结合各国业务现状分析和行业实践/调研,通过备件流程升级或模式的调整助力业务高效健康发展。 【任职要求】: 1、【教育背景】:本科及以上学历,专业不限,物流、国际贸易及英语相关专业优先; 2、【工作年限】:2年以上工作经验,有售后备件、供应链计划和仓储管理经验者优先; 3、【技能要求】:有计划相关经验,熟悉销量预测、需求计划和库存管理等模块,对数据敏感,具备良好的数据分析能力,熟悉代理或服务商管理逻辑; 4、【其他要求】:逻辑清晰,具备良好的沟通协调能力,有较强的推动复杂项目的能 力,有良好的抗压能力; 5、【语言要求】:中文和英语读写精通,口语佳优先。 Position: Spare Parts Operations Specialist – Europe Location: Madrid, Spain.
